Calm, Booked Safe · Founding Group

For Rover sitters who board dogs in their own home

A 6-week founding group to help you:

  • Write a profile owners choose
  • Set your rates with confidence
  • Screen dogs before they stay
  • Bring good guests back

Or 2 payments of $250. Full refund through week 2.

Sound familiar?

  • Hardly anyone messages me.

  • I don't know what to charge.

  • The meet-and-greet went fine, but I don't know if this dog will work in my house.

  • I answer inquiries but don't get the booking.

  • I have no real paperwork.

Those are the problems we work on, one week at a time.

Who I am

I’ve boarded dogs in my own home for about five years, three of them on Rover. I’ll show you what I actually do: how I write my profile, set my rates, answer inquiries, screen dogs, set up my house, and bring guests back.

Me with my dog at home

What you get

  • Six weekly live calls, recorded
  • The Stop Blending In Rover Kit, then a rewritten Rover profile, live within days of week 1, with my feedback
  • My boarding forms kit: vaccine check, emergency vet permission, cancellation policy, boarding agreement
  • Pricing kit, rate worksheet, and a holiday rate and policy sheet
  • Reply scripts, a meet-and-greet script, and a fit scorecard
  • A first-48-hours plan, a home setup checklist, and an emergency plan
  • My rebooking kit: pickup message, end-of-stay update, review request, and next-stay follow-up
  • My book, Calm Booked Safe: A Pet Sitter's Guide to Handling Dog Behavior Issues (digital), with a reading list for each week
  • A community with me and the other sitters in your group

Finish with reply scripts and a fit scorecard.

  4. Week 4

Dog fit and dogs sharing your home

Finish with a plan for introductions, feeding, toys, and warning signs.

  5. Week 5

The first 48 hours and your house

Finish with a night-one routine, a home setup checklist, and an emergency plan.

  6. Week 6

    Rebooking and what's next

Finish with the rebooking kit and a 90-day plan.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you board dogs in your own home, you’re on Rover, and you want more good-fit bookings, not just more bookings.

This isn’t a dog training course. The book and calls cover safe setups, spotting risk, and knowing when to refer out.

Price and how to join

Founding price: $500, or two payments of $250.

This is my first group, and I don’t have a finished group’s results to show you yet. That’s why the price is lower. I’ll ask for your honest feedback along the way.

Second payment due November 24, 2026 (week 3).

Spots: 15, because I answer every profile and reply myself. Starts November 10, 2026.

Enrollment closes November 9, 2026 or when 15 people join.

If it’s not for you

Email me by the end of week 2 and I’ll refund everything you’ve paid. The book is yours to keep either way.

After week 6

Keep the community and one live Q&A call a month for $29 a month. It’s optional.

What I can’t promise

Bookings or income. That depends on your market, your dogs, and the work you put in. For scale, $500 is 15 nights at $35 a night, or 9 to 10 nights at $50 to $60 a night, before Rover’s fee.
